I've used this cheese cloth to make jelly which I then process-can. The jelly came out very clear with no cloudyness. I washed the cloth and re-used it with the same results ....the edges are not finished so they frayed but I finished them myself with a quick stitch on the sewing machine and I will just continue to use the reuseable cloths as long as possible. Most cheese cloth I've used is more of a guaze quality and this material resembles good linen. I think I will get a lot of use out of it.

I have numerous needs for cheese cloth and this is exactly what I needed. The only kind I find here in Asheville is more loosely woven and more like netting and very thin. It can't be washed and reused. I am really pleased with this product.
