Have yet to use this
I rated this high even though I haven't used it, because it is what I was expecting, and barring fiber problems or stains on it when I open the package, it is what it is. I plan to use it for bean sprouting, cheese making and tofu making. Since these are all new to me, I have hesitated to get started. I am anxious to get going, so if I get some kind of extraordinary silts with this cloth, I will repost with a update.

I was pleased with it.. ...Maybe a resealable container would be good for it. I've never used a cheesecloth before, so I don't have anything to compare it to, but it worked as I had wanted it to.

great product. I used it to day to make coconut milk and it worked wonderful.

This is just the right density for my uses. Others have been too thick to allow juices to drain properly, or too flimsy to wring out without tearing.

Very fine mesh.
Excellent for straining cooking liquid for clams/mussels.
Also, works well to strain butter when needing
clarified butter.
Washes up quite well; can be used again.
