AKA Spice Grinder

I bought this to grind up/mix spices, not for coffee. And as such I needed a grinder that had a removable/washable mixing bowl. This product has just that.

It works well and I use it often. Clean up is very easy. Highly recommended.

Looks great, grinds coarsely and noisily

The Cuisinart Brushed Stainless Grind Central Coffee Grinder is an attractive complement to the Cuisinart Coffee maker which we have and love. The plastic top allows us to refrigerate any extra grounds coffee,The grinder looks great on the counter, but is noisier, and grinds coarser than our discount store plastic grinder.

Nice little Coffee Grinder!

I am the only person in my family that drinks coffee, so this is perfect for me. It matches all of my appliances and doesn't take up too much space. It works great. I have had other coffe grinders around the same size and price. The others did not compare to the Cuisinart! I think this product is great and I highly reccomend it for the family with only 1 or 2 coffee drinkers!

was really looking for a simple coffee grinder that I could use to "grind" spices avoiding to have to use my motar and pestal...you know the little white things they show on the cooking shows...remove the cap...pour in the rosemnary or fennel....grind...remove the cap and pour out banging on the counter....that's what I wanted the blades in the cuisinart are too high off the grinder floor to catch and grind a little spice at a time.

My favorite part of this grinder- QUIET! Second, it is not as messy as some more expensive grinders that I have tried and owned. The grinds stay contained in the grinding cup. For the price, it is a great value and looks great.
