I have used the cookie and pizza pans before but just recently purchased the cake pan. I made a birthday cake this weekend. Even though the instructions said I didn't need to grease and flour the pan, I couldn't help preparing the bottom of the pan. The cake baked up beautifully, and came out of the pan with ease. The cake didn't stick to the sides of the pan and next time I will try baking without preparing the pan at all. The best cake pan I've ever purchased.

I had one of these pans but "lost" it at a carry-in, so I was so glad to find a good place to order a replacement. I liked it enough to order a replacement, guess that says it all.

These pans are awesome!!!! Where have they been all my life!!! I have them all!!!!! Get yours while you can.... The company has been bought out by another. Production ceased in Dec.

non stick, never burn. I have changed all my cookie sheets and baking pans to doughmakers. thanks for a quality product and keep up the good work.
