Excellent, non-stick if greased, just as advertised. Be advised that metal implements will scratch it.

I've used this pan before and fell in love with it. My cakes always baked evenly and the pan holds up very well. I'd recommend it to anyone who bakes a lot.

These pans are awesome!!!! Where have they been all my life!!! I have them all!!!!! Get yours while you can.... The company has been bought out by another. Production ceased in Dec.

I have used the cookie and pizza pans before but just recently purchased the cake pan. I made a birthday cake this weekend. Even though the instructions said I didn't need to grease and flour the pan, I couldn't help preparing the bottom of the pan. The cake baked up beautifully, and came out of the pan with ease. The cake didn't stick to the sides of the pan and next time I will try baking without preparing the pan at all. The best cake pan I've ever purchased.
