I have not used this item yet but it looks pretty much like the one I already had that I bought over thirty years ago. I have tried several non stick pans but they were not 3 inches hight and my cheese cake never came out right. Hopefully this will solve my problem I was so excited when I found it on your web site.

This is a very high quality pan. I can't wait to use it for special desserts. I was somewhat displeased with how long it took to get here. It was 5 days after I was told it would arrive. Other than that, it is great. And it is made it the USA!!!

This pan works great, I warm my stovetop burner for about 1 minute, turn off - set the cheesecake on warm burner for about 30 seconds and the cake comes out easily.

I bought two of these and used them both at Thanksgiving. Cooks beautifully and doesn't overbrown the crust.
