Clever Brownie Pan

I made gluten free brownies for my adult son for his birthday and gave him the brownies in the pan. The pan worked out just great. I would suggest also spraying the insert with Pam before inserting in the unbaked dough and bake at about 25° lower than suggested.. But the pan worked perfectly.

I bought 3 similar products, I am giving 1 to each one of my daughters that cook. I already used the coconut receipt that came with the pan and it was enjoyed by all. I also put a cake mix in it and it was an easy way to divide the cake. I think it will be a fun investment.

Pan size

My receipt calls for a 9x13 inch pan which requires some adjustment to use this pan or it becomes overfull which happened when I used it the first time. Otherwise, the pan worked as advertised.

Makes great brownies--only one drawback

I am very very happy with the brownie pan with one exception--the blades bend very easily and I have to 'rework' them to get them in the pan. I didn't realize that they would warp---but the brownies were wonderful !! So much crust and perfect size, made me feel like a professional baker !!

Somewhat disappointed but still pleased

Bakes quite well and washes up easily although there are a lot of sides to wash what with all the pieces. The inside cooked edges are not actually crispy like the outside. The did have very straight edges however. I was looking forward to nice even sized brownies but you need to be very careful how the batter is spread as you will likely get higher brownies in the middle. Be sure to smooth the batter to the sides & corners evenly, maybe even overdoing it a bit to accommodate for the normal central rise in baking. Also was disappointed that the cakes were not exactly the same sizes either (not just height). I wanted them to look exactly alike but this was not the case.

The Best

This is the best brownie pan for my family. We all like the corner cut brownies because of the crust, now all of our brownies has crust on all 4 sides. I thank you, and my family thanks you.

Finally, a pan that helps bake perfect brownies! I was surprised the pan had three pieces, but in order for the brownies to bake evenly ~ with each one having the taste and texture of a corner piece ~ the pan is well designed. The pan's pieces are easier to clean than the brownie pans that look like muffin pans with an individual spot for each brownie. I prefer the Slice Solutions pan, which provides evenly baked and sliced brownies.

This is a great pan... At 1st I thought.. What do you need another pan for, then as soon as it arrived I used it...WONDERFULL !!!!!!! I can't wait to try it with a regular cake. I may have to do a couple of cupcakes along with the pan so it won't be over filled, but the portion control sections makes it worth doing that !!!! Love it, Love it, Love it !!!!!!!

Great Brownie Pan

I bought this as a gift for my daughter, last year I bought her one of those TV ad ones and it was runined in 2 uses. I got to taste of the results of this pan and the brownings are great and my daughter loved the pan.

I did see it and it is a very well made pan, she is going to try other things in it.

I bought 6 pans, they were gifts for my step daughters. I used my brownie pan, and I love it. My step daughtes have not used theirs yet, but I know they will love them.

Brownies for perfectionists

This little wonder does make it neat for slicing and getting uniform brownies.

My family was surprised and thought it was wonderful that the brownies were already cut and did not have the messy one in my family wedge the bronies in funny lines anymore.

Makes great brownies. They rise well in the dark pan. Works like a dream. Cutting insert slides right out for perfect cut brownies.
