1. What are my shipping options and when will my order ship?
Cooking.com offers four levels of delivery service to most destinations:

We use a variety of carriers for Super Saver shipping option, and will choose the
most appropriate delivery method for your desired shipping address. Most items may
be shipped to P.O. boxes. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when
placing your order.

2. How are my shipping charges calculated?
All shipping methods including Standard, Express, and Next Day are calculated based
on weight and destination. See the chart below for approximate base level shipping
costs. Actual shipping costs can be viewed in your cart during checkout.

Shipping to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories

To ensure that your packages are shipped in the most efficient manner, we use several
carriers to ship our products. We take into account the weight of the packages and
their destination when selecting the best carrier to use. Occasionally, we may upgrade
your shipment method at no additional cost to you.
3. Can I ship parts of my order to different addresses?
We apologize, but we no longer offer this service. You will need to place separate
orders when shipping items to multiple addresses.
4. Can I ship my order using multiple shipping methods?
We apologize, but we no longer offer this service. You will need to place separate
orders when shipping items using multiple shipping methods.
5. How long does my package take to arrive at its destination?
The total delivery time equals the shipping time plus transit time. Shipping time
is the number of days it takes to process and ship the order. Orders that include
shipments shipped directly from our distribution centers, normally ship in 1 business
day (excludes weekends and holidays). The shipping time for orders that include
shipments shipping directly from our suppliers or merchant partners vary, the shipping
time can be found on each individual product page.

Transit time is dependent upon the shipping method selected. We offer a variety
of shipping methods to ensure our customers have a choice in determining how quickly
the order is delivered, how much shipping costs or if there is a promotional rate
available.
Available shipping methods are displayed during the checkout process. This display
includes price and guaranteed delivery dates. The guaranteed delivery dates are
calculated to include the shipping time and transit time.
6. Does Cooking.com service international destinations?
Yes, Cooking.com can now ship internationally. For details please click

7. What if I live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US
Territories?
We offer multiple shipping methods for packages being delivered to Alaska, Hawaii,
and Puerto Rico at the prices listed in the table above. However, delivery times
may vary significantly from indicated times. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping
to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US Territories for items shipped directly
from our suppliers (Direct Ship from Supplier).
8. What if I have an APO or FPO address?
One shipping method is available to APO and FPO addresses at the prices listed above.
Delivery times vary from what's indicated during checkout, and it typically takes
up to 4-6 weeks for delivery. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to APO or
FPO addresses for items shipped directly from our suppliers (Direct Ship from Supplier).
9. What if I want to ship to a P.O. Box?
All shipping methods except Next Business Day are available for shipments to P.O.
Boxes. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes for items shipped directly
from our suppliers (Direct Ship from Supplier).
10. To which US territories does Cooking.com ship?
Currently we ship to American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia (Micronesia),
Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin
Islands. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes or US Territories
for items shipped directly from our suppliers (Direct Ship from Supplier).
11. Can I choose the carrier for my shipment?
No. Cooking.com uses a variety of carrier services to delivery packages, including
UPS, DHL, and the US Postal Service. There is no way for customers to request a
specific shipper. The choice of carrier is determined by the level of service selected
(Super Saver, Standard, Express, and Next Day), destination (shipping address),
and package weight. We will select the best carrier to keep our shipping charges
as low as possible, while still maintaining the delivery expectations for the selected
level of service. Once your order ships the ship date and track able delivery method
will be provided in your shipment confirmation email.

13. Why are there multiple shipping charges shown in my shopping
cart?
We offer a wide variety of merchandise that ships directly from our suppliers and
merchant partners, as a result there may be more than one shipping charge applied
to your order.
14. When does a handling fee get charged to my order?
Items shipping with special shipping circumstances will have a handling fee applied.
These circumstances include carbonation items that require hazardous shipping methods
to be taken, oversized shipping items, etc.
