| Mom's day should be one of relaxation and indulgence. Start her day off with a delightful brunch, served on the patio. This time of year, a trip to the farmers market always yields lots of good things we've been yearning for all winter long - fresh fruits and tender greens for this Mother's Day menu.
Sweet strawberries, now in season, are served in this Spring Fruit Salad along with blueberries, mango, kiwi and oranges. To go with it, buttery and flaky Croissants with sweet, creamery butter and fresh-brewed Illy Coffee.
Next, a Spinach and Mushroom Frittata topped with melted Gruyere cheese can be served either warm or at room temperature, followed by our oven-baked French Toast strewn with raspberry preserves and toasted almonds.
