Did I miss something in this recipe that didn't come out on my computer??? Sean from Oak Park, CA said that 'jump shrimp' was one of the ingredients here. What is jump shrimp????? Thanks!

I have not made this recipe, but I can say that this is most certainly not a recipe for a California Roll. While various places make California Rolls slightly differently, three ingredients that all California Rolls have in common are: imitation crab (occasionally real with real crab instead), avocado, and cucumber. This has to be the only recipe for a “California Roll” that uses jump shrimp rather than imitation crab. Also, California Rolls are usualy rolled inside-out (uramaki), so that the nori on the inside and the rice on the outside.
