This is a keeper.
The first time I used this recipe I wasn't sure how it would turn out. I couldn't have been happier with the results. I now use the gravy portion often. I have also used the technique of roasting the garlic in a small pan with just enough water to cover. When the garlic is cooked, I use a potatoe masher or small food processor, don't add all the water it makes a paste. I keep it on hand you can use it on almost anything.
