I tried many aebleskiver recipes, and this one was light and delicious. My problem was burning some so I reduced the amount of time to bake, but then the inside was not completely cooked. I lowered the heat several times. Please give any tips. Also, I used only 1/2 c sugar since I served it with homemade jam and sour cream. Thank you.
