I made this casserole and my husband loved it, and he doesn't usually "love" anything. I used more tortillas than suggested and also added another can of beans (also used whatever beans I had in the pantry). This really was very good and definitely will make it again.

Sorry, you guys can name this casserole any name BUT chilaquiles, besides that, never use can tomatoes in a mexican dish..........

I actually toasted the tortillas in the oven, so they were crispy, it was less soggy, my family loved it. I like a little heat, so I added 1/2 of a chipotle chili, it gave it nice smokey flavor.
