RECIPE INGREDIENTS
3 cups
rolled oats
2 cups coarse
oat bran
3/4 cup unsweetened (dried)
coconut
1/3 cup
currants
1/3 cup golden
raisins
1/4 cup chopped
dried mangoes
1/3 cup chopped
dried apples
1/3 cup chopped
dried apricots
1/2 cup chopped
almonds
1/4 cup chopped raw
cashew nuts
1/3 cup
pumpkin seeds
1/3 cup
sunflower seeds
(shelled)
DIRECTIONS
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl, then transfer to an airtight container to store. Serve with milk, yogurt, honey or berries. Will keep for up to a month in airtight container.
