Making cookie-press cookies is a fond childhood memory of mine, so I decided to try it again as an adult. It did not disappoint -- squeezing the shapes from the press is so much fun, and also incredibly easy (much quicker and easier than cookie-cutter cookies). The resulting crisp, minty cookies are very cute and would be great with a tea, cocoa or milk. I fancied mine up by sprinkling them while warm with granulated sugar. These also would be great sandwiched together with melted chocolate.
