Fresh Orange Fruit Cordial

Yield:  Makes 4 cups
For an array of fresh fruit drinks, try the Lemonade, Fresh Strawberry Fruit Cordial, or Fresh Lime Fruit Cordial (pictured at right).
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
2 cups water
Zest of 2 oranges
1/3 cup sugar
1 1/4 cups orange juice
Soda or mineral water
Ice cubes

DIRECTIONS
Combine water and orange zest in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, add sugar and stir to dissolve. Leave to stand for 15 minutes. Add orange juice and chill thoroughly. Serve with lots of ice and soda or mineral water.
