This recipe makes a lovely loaf with a subtle sweet, nutty flavor as a result of the whole-wheat flour. White whole wheat flour can be found in most health food stores and many grocery stores as well. If you can’t find white whole wheat use one 1 1/2 cups regular whole wheat and 1 1/2 cups all purpose unbleached white flour.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
2 cups white whole-wheat flour
1 cup unbleached all purpose flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup molasses
1 extra-large egg, placed in a one-cup measure plus enough warm water to measure 1 cup liquid total
3 tablespoons Dough Relaxer (optional) or 1 1/2 tablespoons powdered skim milk
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 tablespoon active dry yeast
1 tablespoon Lora Brody's Bread Dough Enhancer (optional)
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in bread machine. Program machine for Whole Wheat Bread. During first knead cycle, add more flour or water if necessary to make a soft, supple ball of dough.

You have an ingredient missing. Check the list of ingredients near the bottom. Could be important. Alos, what about directions when making without a bread machine, maybe using a mixer, etc. Thank You
