1 20-ounce can  lychees, drained

DIRECTIONS
Place lychees on a sheet pan and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.

I happen to be a lychee fan, but many of my friends are not! I serve lychees as hors doeurves: Mix real cream cheese with minced candied ginger and stuff the lychees, adding a blanched almond to the center of each. Serve chilled with an iced ginger martini! BTW, Lychees are found in the Asian canned food aisle of your market.
