RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup  olive oil
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons grainy mustard
1 teaspoon sugar
36 oysters, shucked

DIRECTIONS
Combine oil, juice, mustard and sugar in a jar. Shake well and serve with oysters.
