Porcini and Prosciutto Pizza

RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1/2 oz dried porcini mushrooms
1 Focaccia Pizza Dough (see recipe)
1/2 cup Sun-dried Tomato Sauce (see recipe)
2 slices prosciutto
1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese

DIRECTIONS
Soak the porcini in water or stock to cover for 2 hours. Drain thoroughly and slice any large pieces.


Place a pizza brick, unglazed terracotta tile or baking sheet in the oven. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.


Place the focaccia on the heated brick, tile or baking sheet. Spread the tomato sauce over the surface and then top with the mushrooms, prosciutto and mozzarella.


Bake for 15 minutes, or until the pizza is golden on the edges and crisp underneath.
