This Rub & Marinade can be used to make enough for 2 or can be multiplied to cook for an army. The layers of flavors will make your taste buds want for more! Most of the time involved is the sitting, so you have lots of time for other things!
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
Rub Ingredients:
3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1/4 Cup Fresh Finely Chopped Scallions
1/4 Cup Fresh Finely Chopped Basil
½ tsp. Sea Salt
½ tsp. Cracked Pepper
1 Tbsp. Onion Powder
1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
Liquid Ingredients:
½ Cup A-1 Sauce
½ Cup Worcestershire Sauce
½ Cup Teriyaki Sauce
½ Cup Olive Oil
¼ Cup Soy Sauce
¼ Cup Clover Honey
Meat:
2 - 1 1/2 to 2 inch thick Choice cuts of preferred steak
DIRECTIONS
1. Tenderize meat on both sides. I use a fork or tenderizing tool, poking holes into the cuts of meat on both sides.

2. In a small bowl, combine all the Rub Ingredients as listed above.

3. Generously rub the mix onto both sides of each steak and place into a deep dish to rest. Place in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. (Longer if you choose)

4. In a 4 cup bowl or larger, whisk together the Liquid Ingredients as listed above.

NOTE: If you like to grill potatoes and other veggies as well, please take a small portion of this mix and set aside to use as a baste for them, this way you are keeping raw meat away from the veggies.

5. Bring out the meat that has been previously rubbed and carefully pour the marinade over the meat. Using tongs, carefully lift up each steak so that the liquid can get underneath and set back down in the dish. Return to the fridge for about 20 minutes. (Longer if you choose)

6. After this time elapses, turn over the steaks and return to the fridge for another 20 minutes. (Longer if you choose).

7. Grill to your own preference of doneness, using the marinade as a baste for the meat while grilling. ENJOY!!
