RECIPE INGREDIENTS
2 teaspoons active dried yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

DIRECTIONS
Combine 2 teaspoons active dried yeast, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1/2 cup water in a bowl. Set aside fo 10 minutes or until frothy.


Place 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour on a pastry slab or a large bowl. Make a well in the center and add the yeast mixture.


Combine by gradually incorporating the flour into the yeast mixture, adding a little extra water if necessary. (Alternatively, combine the mixture in a food processor.)


Transfer to a floured board. Knead until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in a large lightly oiled bowl. Cover and place in a warm, draft-free place for 30 minutes or until size doubles.

This is a really good recipe. It's easy to make and doesn't take much time. We used brown sugar when we made it and the crust turned out to be fantastic. We had to add more water as suggested to be able to mix all the flour together.
