Yield:  Makes 26-28 muffins
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
3 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 ounces grated  chocolate
1 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup nuts (optional)
3 eggs, beaten
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup oil
2 1/2 cups grated zucchini
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease 26-28 muffin cups or use paper cup liners
Mix first 10 dry ingredients together. Mix remaining wet ingredients separately, then add it to the dry ingredients.

Fill muffin cups about 3/4 full. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
