Upon taking the Soul Mate Recipe quiz you may choose to opt in to the Almond Board Sweepstakes by entering your email address and checking the box that says “Yes, I would like to be entered in the Almond Board Sweepstakes for a chance to win a $100 gift card from Cooking.com!” You will then be registered for the Almond Board Sweepstakes at Cooking.com.
Almond Board of California/ Cooking.com is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, stolen, illegible, misdirected, damaged or mutilated entries. False and/or deceptive acts by entrants will also result in disqualification. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Any information collected by registering to enter the Sweepstakes shall be used only in a manner consistent with these Official Rules. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia only, who are 18 years of age or older as of February 1, 2009.

PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (ARV):
The prize will be ten $100 gift card to use at Cooking.com. Cooking.com retains the right to substitute another prize of equal or greater value. Entrants may only win once in the Almond Board Sweepstakes.
SELECTION OF WINNERS:
Each prize winner will be selected from all eligible entries in a random drawing on or around four (4) weeks after the completion of the quiz. The total number of eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes determines the odds of winning. If a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable for any reason, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. If an alternate winner selection is made necessary for any reason, it will be done in a subsequent random drawing from among all eligible entries. All federal, state and local tax liabilities, if any, are the responsibility of the winner.
Acceptance of the prize or parts thereof constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use the winner’s name, likeness, and statements for publicity purposes without additional compensation or limitation.
By entering this promotion, you agree and hold Cooking.com, Almond Board of California, and promotional partners, together with their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies and their respective directors, officers, shareholders, employees, licensees and assigns, harmless against any and all liability for any claims, injuries, loss or damage of any kind whatsoever resulting from your winning, acceptance of or use of the prize/s which you receive in connection with this promotion. You understand and agree that this is a complete RELEASE and DISCHARGE of all claims and rights against the aforementioned parties to be released, and that no action will be taken by you or on behalf of you with respect to any such rights, it being understood that this release shall be binding upon your heirs, executors, and administrators.
