Scrumptious salad
Pineapple and orange? I just thought they can never blend. But I still gave it a shot and it’s worth it. So appetizing, just like some recipes in www.Thesaladsite.com, great for snacks and parties.

This is 5 Cup Salad of the 80's
This is just as good or better than my 5 Cup salad which uses 1 Cup of marshmallows, 1 Cup of Orange segments, 1 Cup of pineapple bits, 1 Cup of coconut and 1 Cup of sour cream. I also add some macadamia nuts just before serving to keep them crisp.
