Bake the graham cracker crust
Seems like an easy fix to the graham cracker crust sogginess. Just bake it first. How hard is that? Looks like a great recipe. I may substitute almond meal for some of the graham cracker crumbs to lower the carbs.

Sour Cream Blueberry Pie
The pie has a delicious filling but a bad graham cracker pie crust. The crust is mushy because it isn't baked first. Best to use a prepared baked crust from the grocery store instead.

Easy and REALLY good!
this recipe was super easy and really good! The custard was sweet but the berries were still a little tart so you knew you were eating blueberries and not just purple sugar. I will be making this one again. Thanks Teresa.

I would cook the filling on top of the stove, separately and pour into a baked crust, topping either with meringue or whipped cream. I didn't get the reason for chilling the pie before baking.
