Our Variation
Unable to eat onion or garlic, we decided to add some ripe avocado and previously cooked quinoa for a bit of crunch. My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stuffed white mushroom caps. Thank you, Jeff and Cooking.com/.

very tasty! Easy! I added finely chopped onion & garlic to the bacon as it cooked, then top the shrooms with parm cheese for added texture & flavor....and calories
