yumi.
i've done it twice allready! fisrt as the recipe but with fresh mint instead of basilic, the other with coriander (instead of basilic) and black olives... a side dish with couscous and roasted chiken. delicious!

Super side or main dish
Gosh, I thought I had invented this recipe myself years ago, and I made it quite often! Absolutely positively DO NOT HESITATE to make this recipe with high quality canned tomatoes and, if you like, add a bit of sugar and/or your favorite hot sauce.
