Frozen Salmon
Yes I know - if you can get fresh salmon the idea of frozen is blasphemous. But if you live as far from a seacoast as I do "fresh" salmon at eh store is most likely untrue. Or even if it is poorer than frozen. Frozen is readily available, pretty good, and not that expensive. I have a package in the freezer most of the time. Most recipes are fast - and good.

easy, fast, and great taste!
Salmon is the one fish everyone in my family will eat so I am always looking for new ways to prepare it - this recipe is perfect - except for the salmon itself, I think all the ingredients are pretty common in the avg kitchen - I do recommend doubling the marinade - I also did let the salmon marinate the full 30 min and during that time I was abe to preapre a salad, rice, and a veggie - the fish itself takes next to no time to grill - I would definitely make this again!
