Easy and delicious!
I made this for my son's birthday since he is not a sweet eater and he loved it. Even our 15 month old grandson wanted more. It was so easy to make that I plan on doing it again this weekend for company.

healthy?
I find this hard to be called healthy just because the cream cheese is low fat. What about the sugar & 8 eggs?

Very hard to make!
This was a major pain! Took me 3 tries to get the sugar/H20 thing "right" & I ended up doubling the amount of sugar/H20 to get it to coat the bottom of the 9" pan. Then, I thought I was being smart by putting the 9" pan in the bigger pan on the oven rack before I filled both with the batter/water and I was super careful when pushing the rack back into the oven but the flan batter still splashed into the H20. When I inverted the flan onto a plate, the sugar/H20 coating stuck in the pan anyway..
