Changed it up a bit and it was delish
I saw the review saying this was gummy and bland. Judging from the original that seems highly likely. I forged on and added some things to make it yummy. I bumped up the milk to 1 1/2 cup in the pan and left the 1/4 cup to be mixed with the flour. Used extra sharp cheddar cheese, added 1 extra teaspoon of oil to get the breadcrumbs and cheese to mix a bit and loaded up on the mustard - 2 Tablespoons - into the thickened gratin. Simple, fast and delish!!

Not good
A waste of good cauliflower. It was gummy and bland.
