Sweet Potato Nightmare
Why would anyone mess-up such a wonderful thing like the healthy sweet potato with puffed-up corn syrup. Simply nasty. I'd rate this "0 cups" if that was an option

old-time treat -- with a few changes
Always popular with children at the holiday table, this is a classic. However, I make a couple of changes: to the potatoes, I add the zest of 2 oranges and a tablespoon of finely chopped (or microplane-grated) crystallized ginger. Sometimes I use fresh ginger, again microplane grated. (Do you all know you can freeze ginger root and grate it unpeeled and frozen?) If it's an all-adult event, I skip the marshmallows and use a brown sugar and chopped pecan mix for the top instead.

It was just okay - actually a little dry - too much nutmeg and not sweet like candied yams, I even added brown sugar - don't think I will make again

A BETTER RECIPE
IVE MADE A SIMILAR RECIPE FOR YEARS. I THINK ITS EVEN BETTER. MINE CALLS FOR JARRED MARSHMELLO FLUFF IN WITH THE POTATOES NOT ON TOP... DELICIOUS

Something's Missing!
Not to be rude, but it tasted like something was missing, maybe sugar, or maybe even brown sugar.

Yummie
I made this last year for Thanksgiving and have come back for seconds. This dish was such a hit there was nothing left for leftovers. it is creamy and sweet. I add a little cream (or half n half) for a smoother texture.
