Very tasty. The chili-garlic sauce waits and pops after the first bite. A nice fresh color and I prefer the baking versus frying. The small amount of oil crisped the outside slightly without adding any greasy aftertaste. I love sweet potato anything. A better way than frying, plus the flavor... Amen to the morning glory family!

Wow!
What a tasty and easy way to get more sweet potatoes on the menu. I wouldn't change a thing except maybe to double the recipe. The spice is bold but offset by the sweetness of the potatoes.
