Danger! Danger! Will Robinson-too much chipolte!
I nearly killed my Super B. party with this recipe. A good reason why a cook should always taste a new recipe they go. The description of the amount of chili sauce, chipolte, and adobo sauce is confusing. I luckily tasted the pork midway through, and was able to drain off the accumulated sauce, and then add barbecue sauce to moderate the heat. Be very careful with the amount of chili, and sub liquid smoke if you want to get more smoky flavor.In the end, after a detour the dish was devoured

Easy and so delicious
I had a pork roast and looked for something different to do with it. What a great find this recipe is! Easy to make, tasty, and not high in calories.
