Love the uniqueness
This really got my attention, it looks delicious and really is deliriously tasty! Just like in Gourmandia, all the recipes here are all delicious and worth cooking!

Fried Goodness
Good recipe. Very similar to the fried chicken I grew up on. I do have a problem with letting the chicken set out of the fridge for 2 hours even in the buttlermilk solution. Safer to let it soak in the fridge.

Very good results with just a few adjustments. Used 2 lbs. boneless breasts sliced in 4 to 5 pcs. and reduced the recipe by half. Added 2 Tbsp. cornstarch to the coating mix and dropped chicken into plastic bag to coat to simplify. Crispy coating with tender, juicy results. This recipe is definitely a keeper!
