I served this to guests last evening and it received rave reviews, The stuffing is wonderful. I had zucchini flowers that I bought at a farmer's market and was searching for a recipe for them other than frying. This was perfect, The only change I made was to use a slice of low calorie bread which I soaked in the beaten eggs until it fell apart rather than using bread crumbs.
