Good recipe
I think, instead of a square pan this looks like it was baked in a loaf pan. Similar recipes like this have been done in those pans, they you could get 10 servings out of this.

Best Cake Ever!
I made this awesome cake 4 years ago for St. Patrick's Day, and have made it dozens of times since. It's too good to bake only once a year. Just baked one three days ago, my husband, daughter and son have devoured it. It's so simple to bake...everyone loves it.

Serving size suggestion
When a recipe is baked in a 8" square pan,it is cut into either 9,12 or 16 servings. It is very difficult, if not impossible, to cut this cake into 10 equal servings. When suggesting serving sizes, take into consideration the dimensions of the pan. This will influence the nutritional analysis per serving as well.
