Disaster Cake
This cake sounds wonderful, should have read the 2 previous reviews - they are spot on. I also cooked longer, middle fell and was WET. I even cut it apart and cooked the slices - didn't help. PLEASE don't make this recipe, it's a disaster.

I agree with Elizabeth's review...I should have read it 1st before wasting 4 cups of Rhubarb on this mess...I baked it for 2 hours, knife came out clean...cut into it 2 hours later and it ooozzed everywhere...

Terrible
This was a wet, under cooked, pale mess! I even cooked it much longer than the time suggested since my cake tester kept coming up wet. The cake has no color and the rhubarb released so much moisture that it never cooked properly.
