My favorite baking experience
I am not a baker, cook mainly main meals. I was asked to bake goodies for a birthday party on St. Patrick's day. I did the usual chocolate cupcakes with a mix, added mint extract and decorated them beautifully. But I wanted a real Irish recipe since it was a "tea party". I found this recipe on your site. I knew it was a winner just by the smell when it was baking! It was the hit of the party! I am so thankful I ventured out of my comfort zone...I will make this recipe many times to come YES!
