Kudos at twins (Adult) Birthday party.
The tiramisu brought Raves from all in attendance. Presented in a large Pyrex container and adorned with 1/2 marachino Cherries. It also looked beautiful. In the directions , second paragraph, I added fold in the whipped egg whites. Was not a problem, but should be added to the recipe. Probably could et a ton of this stuff. I loved it tooo...Jim

Great recipe, delicious desert
Mary Beth's recipe is very similar to one I've been using for years. I too use whipped cream to replace the traditional zabaglione. She is wrong about it being made with raw eggs. The zabaglione is cooked to a safe temperature over an water bath to make the custard in the original. This one is much easier to make and lower in cholesterol.
