Here's the URL for the barbecue sauce recipe
The first link to the sauce recipe is bad, but the second one is OK. This is the correct URL: http://www.cooking.com/recipes-and-more/RecDetail.aspx?rid=2188#axzz2iHDqpqtq

Okay
Well, my husband and I love this. (mostly him) But this recipe is pretty well common sense. I wish it would have provided the recipe for home-made Carolina bbq sauce. That is all. www.PrintableCouponsandDeals.com has tons of great coupons that could be used in this or other recipes!

Sounds like a great recipe but...Carolina Barbecue Sauce, an integral part of the recipe, was not available. Marinate the pork in what? What advisable temperature? Too many omissions.

This is just wrong
You let the pork butt rest in the refrigerator with a rub on it. You smoke the butt for 7 to 8 hrs at 200 to 220 degrees. The sauce is apple vinegar base sauce or ketchup based western NC sauce. Eastern NC.pulled pork is known world wide. With all due respect this is just a pulled pork recipe.

Recipe issue
The recipe listed was two ingredients -- pork and "Carolina Barbecue Sauce", for which a non-functioning link was provided. Therefore, the recipe was useless, as the majority of it was not available. A recipe should be complete, and include all the specifics of the entire recipe in one place.
