Awesome!
The cornbread cobbler topping gets an awesome crisp outer shell but stays soft and warm on the inside. These flavors go PERFECTLY together. Yumm-O!

So, So YUMMY!
I made this recipe for company a couple of weeks ago and it is DELICIOUS! Since I love anything made with cornmeal, I knew I would love it. It is easy to make and extra good with vanilla ice cream.

Good, but needs more cinnamon!
I just made a batch of this cobbler, and it's delicious! I like the crunchy cornbread topping. Not doughy or pasty like other cobblers. But it definitely needs more cinnamon! Will add more next time around. This topping would probably work well for any fruit cobbler.

Tasty southern version of Blueberry Cobbler
I loved this cornbread and buttermilk variation on a cobbler topping. Kind of gave it a southern comfort food twist. This really worked well with blue berries and it was a nice change from all the traditional cobbler toppings!
