Not very healthy
The cholesterol and salt count is way too high. I will modify the recipe, using less butter and salt in preparing it: Saute the red pepper in olive oil, use less butter, or substitute some olive oil; and use less salt in the pasta, especially since the cheeses are salty too.

It'a a Winner
This is absolutely delicious! I had all the ingredients on hand except the red peppers & didn't want to go to the store, so I used a large jar of roasted red peppers. Worked perfectly! Served with fresh grilled Italian sausage & salad.

Add some seasonings!
I have not made this but I can't help but notice it only has S&P for seasoning. Whenever making a cream sauce, grate in a little nutmeg, just a little makes a big difference. Also I would add some garlic and onion powders, maybe a little cayenne too for some kick. Otherwise, a good sounding dish!

Fusilli with three cheeses and red bell pepper
It's a great recipe. But to liven it up even more. Grate Feta cheese over the top and it is GREAT!!

Recipe of the Day???
ZERO STARS! - not allowed MAC & CHEESE. Once again, I have to ask how a lousy recipe, WITH NO REVIEWS, (or recently, WITH BAD REVIEWS) becomes the Recipe of the Day??? Is it purely random, or are you pushing some product? Please only send popular and favorable Recipes of the DAY!!!!
