wicked good
Made this last night and served it with pearl couscous ( made with a onions sauted in evoo and finished with lemon zest and a squirt of lemon juice. Great dinner. next time I will take the chicken off the bone prior to putting it back in with the sauce to finish cooking would have been easier to plate.

Definitely a Do Over Recipe!!
This was a great recipe. Easy and flavorful. I served it with wild rice, which I think gave it a nice kick. I am going to try using fresh tomatoes next time and perhaps chicken thighs which are more flavorful than breasts for this type of meal.

Chicken Chasseur
This was very good. Used fresh roma tomato rather than can. Worked just as well. Thank You

Excellent recipie. I use petite diced tomatoes instead of crushed and let it simmer on low for an hour to really get the flavors into the chicken. Also, I use boneless chicken breasts.

This was a great tasting recipe. I substituted fire roasted tomatoes, white wine vinegar (for the wine) and used cremini mushrooms. The bone-in chicken breasts were large which took more cook time, but it was well worth the wait. Served w/rice and vegetables, it's a wonderful meal. I'll definitely be making this again.
