yum!
This is actually pretty good for from-scratch kung pao, although a teeny bit salty. I added a bit more pepper flakes and used unsalted peanuts, but otherwise followed the recipe to a T. I'd use low sodium soy sauce next time and maybe throw in some mushrooms and chopped celery for more texture, but all in all, it was fantastic!

It has good flavor, but was a bit disappointed. I expected it to taste more like the chinese restaurant's recipe.
