I found these cheese puffs very easy to make. They came out just like the picture. I will definitely make them again, but HIGHLY RECOMMEND, using 1 tblsp Dijon (instead of 2) and I would definitely use 1 cup of cheese (instead of 1/2 cup)

Terrible. Not worth the effort. Mix more in some yellow corn meal and also roll in corn meal texture snd flavor.

Awesome with one modification
Use blue cheese instead, it makes ALL the difference. You have to try this, it's very easy, but impressive!

Great Cheese Puffs
I made this recipe using half gruyere and half herbed cheddar cheese. Everyone enjoyed them so much, that I have been asked to make them again.

Cheese Puffs - Superb!
I gave this recipe toa friend of mine and she made them. She said it was very simple to make and did not take much time to put together as well as bake them. They were superb!!

Overrated
Someone please help me. I have made and eaten many cheese puffs, or gougeres over the years but I don't see the excitement. As gougeres go, these appear to have a nice complement of flavors, but I am still not sold. Now, fill them with something wonderful and you have a savory cream puff and I am in! But on their own, not enough interest.
