Great on a Cold Windy Winter Night!
This dish was very good, great comfort food in Winter. I look forward to making it again with all the ingredients. I was missing the mushrooms, leeks and parsnips but added potates to the vegetable garnish. It was still very good. Half the recipe was more than enough for two people with leftovers. The full recipe with all the ingredients would feed a crowd.
