This is the most delicious cheesecake I have made. I love key lime so I doubled the key lime in the main cake. Next time I might even put more than that. Make this cheesecake if you wish to impress.

Surely Ramona can recognize a mis-print. The serving size should be 16, not 6. It doesn't take a lot of detective work to see this. Her rating has nothing to do with the recipe. This is an excellent cheesecake that is different from the ordinary. The citrus taste is very refreshing.

6 servings from a 10' pan?? And 109 calories per serving?? Who's kidding whom? The 3 pounds of cream cheese alone would be almost 1000 calories. Why include nutritional facts if they are pure fiction?
