Excellent
All I can say is EXCELLENT! I served this dish for Thanksgiving and hit was a hit. Everyone wanted the recipe. I made it again last night to go with leftovers. Easy to make, I would just make sure that the pablanos are steamed for at least the 15 minutes, a little more makes the peeling easier.

Best Ever
I followed the recipe as written; our dinner was late, so I took the time to make terrific broth and gravy. The peppers were wonderful, added an update to an old classic. This was not soupy, and all enjoyed.
