Sweet cloud of perfection
Perfect texture of meringue inside the crisp outer crust. We have fresh mangoes in Maui and they were delicious with the whipped cream and we added raspberries for color. Simple and easy to make. Make sure you have parchment paper under the pavlovas during baking and they will come off easily!
