25g of fat per serving? 95g of carbs?? PLEASE!!
Lighten it up...Don't use brioche- use a loaf of cinnamon bread! I use unflavored unsweetened almond milk- it has fat but not 8 (or is it 16) per 2 Tbsp as the half and half does. It adds the moisture and creaminess fat gives. And 7 egg yolks??? Substitute some egg beaters for a portion or all. Sure the full fat tastes better but look around...is it worth it?
